Company names 2013 Partner in Excellence for Best in Parts

 The Toro Company presented Reinders, Inc. of Milwaukee with two awards at Toro’s recent 100th-anniversary celebration in Bloomington, Minnesota.  Mark Robel received the 2013 Green Blazer award and Reinders was named the 2013 Partner in Excellence for Best in Parts.Robel’s award recognizes his accomplishments in customer-focused sales and service programs in the turf equipment market. The prestigious honor is given to an individual who has cultivated customer relationships during the past year and has had continued growth in sales across the Toro commercial product line. Recipients must be active in industry organizations and leaders in their markets. Robel was previously recognized by Toro as 2009 Rookie of the Year for his sales efforts when he first joined Reinders.The Best in Parts award is based on a variety of criteria including customer satisfaction, market share, sales goals and financial growth. Toro’s Partners in Excellence program provides guidelines which focus on key business practices for building a successful distributorship. Reinders’ award was the result of collaborative efforts from a multitude of teams – customer service, operations, sales support and administration. The company also won this award in 2011.

The company provides turf equipment, parts, fertilizer, grass seed, pond supplies, landscape/seasonal lighting, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, irrigation products, landscape supplies, ice melt products and more. Reinders serves industry professionals through six locations across Wisconsin, three in Illinois, two in Minnesota and one in Kansas. They are the official supplier of turf equipment to the Milwaukee Brewers.
