Rain Bird Services Announces 2016-2017 Irrigation Training Schedule
Rain Bird Training Services announced more than 70 irrigation training events from October 2016 through May 2017. These classes are open to irrigation professionals at all experience levels, including contractors, distributors, golf course superintendents, designers and architects. All classes count toward valuable continuing education units (CEUs) from the Irrigation Association. Three options are available. Rain Bird Factory Trained Classes provide comprehensive training on Rain Bird products and help attendees on installing, managing and maintaining Rain Bird irrigation systems. Rain Bird Academy Classes provide general irrigation skills training on products from various manufacturers and Rain Bird Customized Training is ideal for medium and large-sized irrigation contractors, public agencies and irrigation distributors and instructors travel to the attendee’s location and provide training on the products the attendees use. 

Bayer Opens 2016 Fall Solutions Early Order Program
Bayer is launching the 2016 Fall Solutions Program that offers early order incentives for golf course superintendents moving into 2017. Fall Solutions extends through December 9, 2016. The program allows participants to save on individual products or product bundles to maximize savings per acre. Premier offers within the 2016 Bayer Fall Solutions program give superintendents the opportunity to save up to 26 percent on PAKs with a selection of individual solutions and product bundles geared to suit specific turf needs. Superintendents can earn a 1 percent bonus rebate on the entire purchase when they buy any PAK and an additional 1 percent bonus if they buy between October 1 and October 31.
