Landscapes Management Co. Names Williams VP, Adds Briggs Ranch
Landscapes Management Company (LMC) has named Mike Williams vice president of operations. In addition, Lincoln-based LMC has signed a third-party management agreement to operate Briggs Ranch Golf Club in San Antonio, Texas. Williams comes to LMC with more than two decades of golf operations experience, including the last 12 years at a top 5 management company, where he’d been managing a portfolio of more than a dozen golf properties with total revenues in excess of $40 million. In his new role, Williams will provide leadership for LMC’s team of Regional Managers to ensure they are exceeding client expectations on service delivery and achieving financial projections. He will also maintain a small portfolio of managed properties under his direct supervision.

After 18 years of non-stop plaudits, planning and primping, The Club at Nine Bridges is ready for its close-up. That moment of broad exposure comes 19-22 October 2017, when the U.S. PGA Tour visits The Club at Nine Bridges for the newly minted CJ Cup, the tournament that now kicks off the Tour’s annual Asian Swing. The CJ Cup marks the first time the PGA Tour has visited South Korea for an officially sanctioned Tour event.
